162148 AE0463 US Navy C-2 just gone over EGXW (in cloud  :'(  )in descent to Mildenhall?

First time I've noted one of these

Anmer

I have it in my sqb, twice, on 26th July 2017.

Wasn't there a USN carrier in UK waters lately? USS George HW Bush.
Here to Help.

Graham Bell

Indeed-The USS George H W Bush aircraft carrier arrived in The Solent on 28th.July  and left a couple of days ago.The visit is ahead of a joint American and UK military exercise.
One can only opine that in the case of this particular piece of hardware size matters!!

I stay in the south west of Scotland and picked up a US Navy C-2 162158 on my Active Display last week. These aircraft use to come to Prestwick Airport quite alot and I have a lot of photos of them.Years have went by and can not remember the dates. Jim
