Base station problem

Hi

I wonder if anyone has any suggestions about the problem.  Two days ago while I was away from the computer we had a glitch in the power supply, when I loaded I was face with a box stating:- Access violation at adress 7797eb83 in module 'ntdll.dll'.write of address 00000014.  the Basestaion  icon had gone into the tray.

ive tried many ways to rectify, but I can get Basestation to run if I'dnt load the the operator flags, if I do back to square one, Task Manager says its running.

How many files do you have in the OperatorFlags folder?
