FR24 Feed settings question

Hello

I have been using the FR24 feed for a while now, all was working ok. I am using Windows 7, SBS1er via USB.

When I boot up the feed, the black box opens up, says 'connecting to SBS1 via receiver, but then says that it can't connect and the small icon in bottom right hand side of screen stays red and yellow, it used to be green and yellow.

I have opened up the settings and tried numerous different options including downloading a new version from the FR24 website and also emailling FR24 with this issue as well.

Has anyone else had this problem or can suggest what I need to do pleeeease?

Have you checked that the IP address of the PC running BaseStation hasn't changed?
