CT01 Active Display Table Creation Failure

Hey Folks,

I'm seeing something weird on my dads laptop and I can't seem to solve it.
It's a Windows 10 device.

If I do a clean install of Active Display it all worked fine.
If I close it, and run it again, I get the following error 'CT02 Active Display Table creation failed 5 attempt to read only database'.

Now I've checked all the permissions on the .sqb they are all open.
I get the thread title error when I asked AD to create/replace the active table.

Anyone any ideas, I'm losing the will here
