Since this year i have a outside antenne on 32feet, and get a good reading on planes (even those flying above Paris), now i was looking inside basestation and i see there is a "time-out" option in Data settings:
mine are set like this:
Position lost: 30
Signal lost: 5
Remove: 300
Delete: 1800
Message filtering: all are not selected.
Do i need to leave this like it is or any1 have tips to set this up?
Your settings will result in aircraft that are no longer being picked up by the receiver still being displayed for 300 seconds. I have the following settings so that pretty much only active aircraft are shown:
Position lost: 10
Signal lost: 20
Remove: 20
Delete: 300
There's no right or wrong, it's down to personal choice. However if you're capable of picking up lots of aircraft simultaneously then perhaps having "Lost" aircraft removed in a shorter time might be something worth considering?

Going to give it a try, if i want to go back i can always put my info. Thanks for your reply
Your Remove and Delete are too long in my view.
As s92driver has suggested, make them shorter.
Mine are:
Remove: 30
Delete: 300
Or experiment. Nothing is lost.
