AE47C8 - type and serial?

1247 I have AE47C8  RCH373 (NO REG) passing RISLA  heading SW. Live-mode-s.info says it's an MH-60 but it's doing 409 kts @FL370! Anyone know what it is?

Tactical code for a VC-25 and you may have had AE2FCE as RCH507 another tactical code for another VC-25, both eyeballed over Germany, with thanks for Manfred on the ModeS group

I can't ever remember VC-25s using tactical codes before.
