The GeoSky logo is a big guess, I have found a logo that may or may not belong to Air GeoSky, I havnt found any photos of either of the two aircraft they own.
So I suggest using this logo until some photos come along.

Also you are probably in a better position than me regarding United and Expressjet. As of 30th September 2020 United no longer use Expressjet for their e145 requirements.
Expressjet are presently closed down with all aircraft in store. If you can let me have an Aircraft registration with a colour scheme, that you would like a logo for let me know.

When I first started I was adding the aircraft type A340, B747 etc to existing logos with their makers permission.
I needed a minimum size of text so I created my own characters based on 5 characters tall by between 3 and 5 characters wide.
I looked into turning these into a Font but software was expensive and free software didnt do what I wanted so I still copy and paste the characters.
Try asking Peter - Mustang51 how he creates his characters because they are always very good.

The only recent photo I could find for the Air Canada shows it without the Air Canada markings on the Fuselage. I have looked at old logos for the Air Canada cargo and have done a logo similar to those. So it will probably be different when painted.
