Title: Unselect a plane
Post by: WA9BD on November 15, 2022, 04:31:15 PM
New VRS user here, but longtime ADS-B feeder to FA and FR24. I have VRS set up and running well, but just have one question - How do you unselect a plane in the map window ? On FA, for example, you click on the target to select and click again to deselect. Can't figure out how to do it in VRS.

Thanks for any input.

Welcome to the forum.

I'm not a regular VRS user but just fired it up.

It looks like the only way to deselect an aircraft is to select another one.  VRS doesn't appear to follow the same logic as FR24 and FlightAware.

But maybe some regular VRS users know different?

If running VRS on a PC I have found clicking the refresh button deselects an aircraft, it also works on my tablet.

I agree with boro. Frustraingly the only way to deselect is to refresh the page. If anyone knows different I am all ears.

Thanks for the responses. I hadn't thought of refreshing the page, but that does work. I guess I'll use that as my "hack".

Thanks again.
