Welcome.

I'll admit my ignorance but what messages are "FF"?

Thought the highest they went to was E84 for Equador

I think the FF**** codes are not ICAO codes

If a message doesn't include an ICAO hex code, what use is it?  Just curious.

Thanks.

Multilateration normally needs to identify the same aircraft from at least three ground stations.  For this it needs a common identity.  The ModeS hex code is mostly used.

What server will do the multilateration and will the other ground stations be using Dump1090?
