Outlines required

Morning Gents,
I am going on a states trip in September and require the following outlines, KSFO,KOAK,KHWD and KSJC i have checked the outlines file and these are not yet avalable.
I would be most greatful if any forum member could help me with this request.

I'm away on holiday so don't have access to outlines.  But the free Active Display Lite from The Gatwick Aviation Society should have them.
