Trying and failing to hunt down what this, and failed.

FL370 Squawk 6303 10/10/20 @ 09:19 - somewhere within 150mn of Cornwall, UK. I got 4 Mode-S messages from this.

Appears to be a French HEX, but that is all I can find out. It is a real A/C or 4 misplaced Mode-S messages

Any help greatly welcomed :)

I know this doesn't help but I picked this up on 11th March 2016.  Descending from 37,975ft to 35,950 ft.  No call sign.

Around that time AFR483 F-GSQR was flying about 50km off Plymouth over the Channel. Squawking 6303 at FL370.
Hex code of F-GSQR is 394A11 which has just one digit difference with 394A19 in octal.
So my guess would be this is a miscode for F-GSQR.

Thank you both for your responses. I need to figure out how to check Octal and wrap my head around mis-codes etc.
Keep safe and well :)
