I bought a Chromebook two years ago and one of the benefits was 100GB of extra free Google Cloud storage for 2 years. I made good use of this but now have to either pay £16 a year to continue of find a new home.
My BT package offers me 200GB of free "cloud" storage so I decided to clean up my Google files and migrate to BT.
Today I have the same files on both storage facilities. Double checked and they are mirror images.
The interesting thing is Google reports 12.5GB of used space and BT just 3.2GB.
I'm guessing BT compresses the stored data?
check here https://one.google.com/u/0/storage maybe it gmail or photos data on drive
Thanks.
No, there are no photos or Gmail files stored on Google Drive. Just the same files as I have on the BT cloud.
