Update 17th October 2019. The latest FREE version of RemotePC (7.6.21) removes the One-Time Access option. So if you have version 7.6.20 or earlier, don't upgrade!
If you're having problems installing or configuring your radarspotting hardware and/or software, it's often quicker and easier to provide one-to-one remote support.
For remote access we now need to use RemotePC as Teamviewer wants to sell me an expensive licence which I can't justify.
RemotePC is free to use for a one-to-one connection.
To allow access, the host has to select "Enable Attended Access" and let the other party know the generated access code. I've redacted this in the attached.

RemotePC is as good as Teamviewer and much better than Chrome Remote Desktop.

Using RemotePC we can arrange a convenient time to connect and work through the problem together.
