Hi.
Wonder if anyone can sort this out for me please.
I run an SBS 1e and an SBS 1.
The SBS 1 works just fine, i keep this one as a base station.
The SBS 1e i take on my travels and i worked perfectly in October but plugged it in this morning and all the lights came on but only the left 2 stayed on.
Both use the same laptop.

Have you tried connecting it to the same antenna that you use with the SBS-1?
Hi.
Yes and also a Rubber Duck and a magmount, have also tried 3 usb cables
Thanks. Do you get any blue lights on the SBS-1e?
If you connect it to the laptopn that runs BaseStation off the SBS-1, is the range similar when you view the map?
Thanks for the reply.
Both ranges are the same.
I now have Red and Yellow lit up, while typing this 2 Blue lights came on for a second and then went off.
Thanks. So the range is the same for each SBS but the SBS-1e has fewer blue lights illuminated?
Has no Blue lights on at all.
The SBS 1 has a Red Yellow Green and 4 Blue lights on.

Has no Blue lights on at all.
Just to make sure I understand.
The SBS-1e has no illuminated blue lights but when you connect to it, BaseStation shows similar coverage to the SBS-1? It's working OK but no blue lights?
Morning Anmer.
The SBS 1e only had the Red and Yellow lights on with no Green or Blue at all and no aircraft being picked up.
I plugged it in this morning and it is working fine, so it might point to a loose wire somewhere, i will take the bottom off and have a look when i have time.
Thank you for all your help in this.
Thanks for the update and it's good to hear it's working OK again.
As you say, maybe a loose connection.
Morning Anmer.
Could be me or the SBS with a loose connection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Thanks again for the help.
