I found some strange looking files inside my UserData folder:

FD Dublicates.txt 23-03-2014
FD Internet Errors.txt 30-03-2014
FD RegSub.dat 16-06-2009
FD Unresolved.txt 29.03-2014
FD7.dat 30-03-2014
FD7.23db 30-03-2014
FDMetarList.dat 08-10-2012

Can i delete those with out any issue?

They look like Flight Display files. Flight Display is no longer supported and if you aren't using it, move the files to a new archive folder, Then delete them from there when you're happy they're no longer needed.
