Title: Unable to access the Radarspotters forum

Is anyone else having a problem accessing radarspotters.eu? I get a message stating forbidden 403. As far as I know I have done nothing to warrant being blocked from the site.

I have the same problem.

My guess is the current owner, Danny Dinneen, is blocking IP addresses he thinks belong to those who were running Radarspotters before he took over.   In taking a sledgehammer to crack a nut, he's hitting some innocent parties, such as you Rich.

But I can't see what he hopes to achieve, as I can circumvent his childish games.

This is the same guy who changed my Avatar from Anmer to FormerMember then to Guest Poster and removed the daily stats because Radarspotting is enjoying more visitors than Radarspotters.  And let's spammers join to boost his membership.

But in all honesty Rich, you're not missing out on much.  :)

I tried today and was forbidden.

MODERATOR please delete this if you so wish.

I find forbidding people that have not done anything wrong Childish its almost like going to Sainsburys and not being allowed to shop at Tesco's.
As a moderator of a car forum operating this way would, in the end move members away.what would happen if all the software guys  moved from the site

I suspect Dinneen is blocking IP addresses to try and stop me viewing his forum.  It's a sledgehammer to crack a nut and "innocent" people get blocked too.

And he still can't stop me either.  8)
