You will need an SQL editor, such as SQLite Expert Personal.

What data do you want to edit?

Always take a copy of any file before you edit in case you need to revert.

I want to change military aircraft and add new ones.
In the IsMilitary column, the value is 1/0, what is it? Yes or no?

Without knowing the aircraft record I can't answer the question.  Change one a see what it does?

There is no point amending this file as a new version will be automatically downloaded on a daily basis, overwriting any changes you introduce.

I want to work offline, so there will be no amendments.
