I just plug in the usb led and the usb is not picking up for some resson and its not lit up on the box where the usb ok

can anyone help

also the only light on the box is power and auxillary

Have you installed Basestation and run Setup?

I suspect you have not updated the firm ware correctly

If that is the case reload the fimware and all should be ok

If you update firmware. Make sure the External antennas are disconnected
