Title: Basestation Beta V174
Post by: Anmer on September 04, 2012, 03:52:03 PM
I see there's a new version of the Basestation.exe file in the Kinetic downloads.  Version 174 "fixes" a number of issues in the previous release but I have no idea what these are and Kinetic isn't telling us.

Has it not heard of a Release Note?

Please note this is still a beta release and is only of value to SBS-3 customers although it will work with all SBS-1/3 receivers.

Yes, but I always rename the original such as "basestation173.exe" in case I need to revert.

Not related specifically to v174, but ever since I have been using newer versions of Basestation that have been designed for the SBS-3, I have noticed that the auto-populate function linking from my database doesn't work anymore. I need to press F5 to fill the data. I see that the FD software also had this problem and an update was released. Does anyone know exactly what needed to be addressed to fix this, or "Chris" if you see this, what has changed within the Basestation software that has caused this issue ? Thanks for any input guys.
