trying to install basestation on new computer , when i get so far into it message says program error reading from file  temp basestation download

How are you attempting the install?

Are yoiu using a CD file?

no download from kinetic aviation

Did you download the Basestation_184 CD file, see attached?

And did yiou extract it to a nominated folder and run Setup?

When do you get the error message and can you post a screen capture of the message?

Thanks.  And you definitely extracted the files from the Zip into a folder and are running the Setup from that folder?

Just make sure the ntdll.dll is not corrupted. See this (https://www.processlibrary.com/en/directory/files/ntdll/23004/) article about this dll. Secondly, the path seems very long. But to be honest I'd run a good virusscan as soon as possible just to make sure the operating system itself is not malfunctioning here.

I can do a remote connection with you at a convenient time and check what may be going wrong.
