On trying to download adsbsharp I get a message that it need net framework even though it has been downloaded and installed what do you think I am doing wrong please any assistance would be most apreciated
What version of .Net do you have installed and what version of Windows?
We had a recent issue with ModeS Tweaker that was throwing up .Net issues even though it was installed. Couldn't fix it. As if Windows had a corrupt .Net install and deleting and re-installing didn't resolve the issue.
Other than a fresh install of Windows we drew a blank. And didn't want to go down that route.
adsbsharp (NOT adsbscope where you posted) has not been developed since 2013. Why are you trying to use it?
There will be more recent software available so what are you trying to do?
modes2deco or rtl1090 might be suitable

Extract/Unzip the downloaded "adsbsharp.zip"
The extracted folder contains following 5 files.
Simply double click file "ADSBSharp.exe". No need for any NetFramework.
