Hi Mike

Have you tried checking all your operator flags with the BMPChk software to see if they are all the correct size etc

I presume that when you remove the operator flags the SBS starts working again?

Hopefully Anmer will be able to shine some of his knowledge on this problem when he comes on next.

Can you be more specific?  Do you get an error message?

And as suggested by rikgale, have you checked your OperatorsFlags folder using BMPCHK?

Have you recently installed these bmp files and only since had the error message?

Can you please respond to the earlier question:

How many logos are you trying to install? There is a limit on the No. that BS can load.

I would just in case there's a problem file.

If you're still having issues, I can do a remote connect and take a look with you.  But not today.
