Working Basestation Solution for Linux (Intel tested) and MacOS (M1 tested) with Crossover 21.02 (Wine) with Network Connection:

Install a bottle with Windows 7 32Bit
Install msxml 3.0
Install Internet Explorer 8
Install Core fonts

Copy Wingdings.ttf (from Windows PC) in Bottle C:\Windows\Fonts

Install Basestation from CDROM (setup.exe)

copy ftd2xx.dll in the Basestation Folder

Start Basestation.exe follow the Wizard

If you receive an Aircraft Details View an "Error Parse xml"

Edit in the Basestation\UserData Folder the basestation.xsl and change the:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso8859-1"?>

TO
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>


Try again to view the Aircraft Details.
