Is Virtual Radar still being supported or updated. No answers from their website.

Yes - there was an update a couple of month ago to include a VATSIM link (this did then break processing of LocalAircraft.txt)
They are a bit sporadic with updates and the forum has gone.
Try contacting via Github... also I think there is a subreddit for VRS as well.... try r/virtualradarserver

I've been "radarspotting" since 2005 and in that time have seen some really good "apps" come and go.  Typically when they've been created by individual enthusiasts who, unfortunately, also come and go.  Some examples:

- SBS-1 Populate
- Jack Ford's Logo Gallery
- BS Alert
- Flight Display
- Active Display
- SBS Plotter
- Jetvision's (original) Utlities
- MMS2
- ModeSDeco & ModeSMixer

Hopefully VRS won't be joining this list?

The last commit to the VRS GitHub repo was 11 days ago, so I don't think VRS is going anywhere just yet :)
