ISSUE RESOLVED PORT ISSUE. :)
I currently using RTL1090 for decoding and displaying on VRS. I want to go back to dump1090 and see if I can get better results. I had settings from when I use to use dump1090 but they no longer work. I tried using the wizard on VRS but no connection can be made. I looks like dump1090 is connecting to my dongle so not sure why it won't work on VRS. Not sure why I switched in the first place.

Did you solve this issue?
I thought I had it fixed but didn't. I went ahead and did a fresh install of VRS and got it up and running with dump1090. I still need to set the screen the way I like but I have photos of my previous settings so I'll get that cleaned up on Friday afternoon.
