I have a database with all my OperatorFlag codes already assigned if you wanted to use that?

Download the basestaton.zip and replace the one your VRS is looking at and then download the OperatorFlags.zip from this repo
https://github.com/rikgale/VRSOperatorFlags and extract into your OperatorFlags folder, replacing/overwritting what is already there. Restart VRS and you should be done.
