Radarspotting

Hi All
         Unzip F D and run setup.exe and got message :
( Application cannot be started contact the application vender )

Any idea why I cannot start.
My setup:

Software XP
SBS-1er firmware 519
Base Station 1.2.3.168
SBS Resources 6.7
Aircraft Display-lite

FD as worked before. but on Saturday night Base station had an error and nothing work
So I uninstalled all programs and reinstalled 3 above +BS aircraft list configurer .

But I get the message when I try to run FD setup.exe and the error detail are below::

Hope some one can help please, is there any file in some other place that not removed when uninstall via the control panel / add remove system.
