I'm assuming, maybe wrongly, that you want to view an exported Sessions file from BaseStation Reporter?

If I'm right, the Sessions export file is in csv format and you will have had the option to name the file and choose a folder location.

You then need to open this exported file in Open Office.

I don't use Open Office but this Video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gk5TbIR3JJ4) should help.

That is possible via the Sessions tab in Basestation Reporter and then via File -> Export Grids -> Export Session Flights

Morning, thanks for your help so far, Im getting as far as downloading the CSV file but changing the ticks in TAB and COMMA doesn't seem to change the format to something resembling a spread sheet but stays looking like a CSV FILE.
Like i say, last week id had a quick go to see if I could still remember how to do it and it worked fine, this week I've gone to do it again and cant for the life of me, even with the help of Anmer's video achieve the same result

Rgds

Did you look at the video in the link?

I can successfully import a Sessions csv file into Excel and Google Sheets.

Can you send me your csv file in case it's corrupted.  You should have my Radarspotting email address.

Yes i viewed to video, it looks straight forward but for some reason i cant get it to change. its also the same with my "HaveIseenit" downloads which again are csv files which i never used to have an issue with when downloading from CSV to open office calc

Sorry, I thought we'd emailed each other but it was a Personal Message via the forum.

I've just sent you an email.

Just to close this thread.

I was bale to open the csv file in Google Shhets and Excel.

I then had a remote session to open it in an Open Office spreadsheet.

The Semicolon and Merge Delimiters options were checked.  Unchecking these and checking the Tab and Comma oprions allowed the file to be successfully opened in Open Office.
