UPS Blames Boeing For Skipping Enhanced McDonnell Douglas MD-11 Checks Before Fatal Crash.

Boeing was in the wrong as well as UPS. UPS passed hoping to save money on costly inspections.
If UPS was worried they should have went ahead with the inspections in question.
