Title: Error Starting VR

I received this error after installing and running VRS for the first time, does anyone know what file it is referring to?

What version of VRS were you trying to launch?

He's always responded quickly to my emails.

All fixed.  The error meant that I already had a web server running on port 80, so I did a re-install and set it to port 8080.
