Hi all
PlanePlotter calibrated map screenshot showing eight aircraft over the Atlantic into Casablanca FIR, in the north two planes into Lisboa FIR and in the north east a flight going to Madrid UIR.
Thanks to sharer "zo" located in the extreme southwest of Portugal.

Alpey, your Planeplotter maps look really good. Can you tell me where you download them from please ?
Hi Saudistu
Thank you for your comments about my maps.
Here is the site where I extracted these for calibration.

Thanks for the links Alpey ! I will look at making some charts for myself.
Hi Saudistu
some remarks about the map.
There is a Lambert conic projection (LCC) map,which is often used for aeronautical charts.
This presents no difficulty for calibration, but for use with PlanPlotter there are two important conditions
1 not change the orientation
2 select OPTIONS--> MAP CALIBRATION -- > SECOND-ORDER POLYNOMIAL FIT
Observe the two images, I darkened the map to show more easily my demonstration.
You can see the calibration points (red circle) and Geo Grid (red cross)
With the use of SECOND ORDER circles and cross match and not without on second one..
