3 day event- LAA Rally 2014 - Sywell

29th -> 31st Aug 14

I went to this years event last Saturday and logged 626 different light aircraft, microlights, gyros etc.
Having not been to an LAA event before i would recomend it the access to the flight lines made the day one i will not forget, many thanks must go to the LAA members and staff who made it a great day.

Cannot wait for 2014.

Non members by road : £10 - DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRSIDE ACCESS
Additional £10 per day for airside access.. so £20 per ticket or see the web site above.

Opening Times
Visitors will be asked to leave the exhibition area by 5.00 p.m.

Friday : 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Saturday: 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m  (My preferred day - weather depending)

Sunday: 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Car Park
Free car parking is available.

Don't know if any here is planning on going - but i'm planning to go on Sat 30th Aug, that means there is a spare seat in the old wagon for a member who wants to go but is having transport issues.(wife has hidden the car keys - DD ban etc :o )

Early start from Woking / Goldsworth Park - long day - lots of walking - lots of planes - lots of pictures and weather depending a few stops on the way back..

Donation for fuel would be nice but not compulsory.. :)
