I understand you are a new starter and like others on here I'm very willing to help with code tie-ups. But you must learn to first look up airframes.org and other sources like libhomeradar yourself.

Viking9 is correct.

There are many online resources where you can find hex code lookups.  Or use a utility such as Active Display from the Gatwick Aviation Society.

You will find help here for hex codes that can'[t be found on these online sources but it will be better if you first try them yourself.

Flight Ids of GS0001, XA0000 and XA0001 are commonly used on acars by general aviation aircraft.

Acars messages contain the aircraft registration and a flight id - I assume these 'dummy' flight ids are factory default settings inside the acars avionics equipment.

Hex codes are allocated in blocks and many AE codes will be allocated to US military.

We have previously suggested tools that you can use to check hex codes.

The first reach aircraft in your Mil list is decoded below:

Registration   Manuf.   Model   Type   c/n   i/t   ICAO24   Selcal   Reg / Opr   built   test reg   delivery   prev.reg   until   next reg   status

Remarks:   named "Spirit of North Charleston". Damaged during landing in northern Iraq 2003-04-21, ran into construction equipment
[MODE-S] [HFDL

Please go to  Airframes.org  and put in the respective code that you want to decode and you will get all the information that

Perhaps large aircraft models in Germany/Austria have their own registrations - I don't know - but you are in a much better position to find out.

I don't think so, not at least here in Spain. The only ones that can have a special registration are those "models" used as UAV.

DBB    Deutsche Bahn (GERMAN Rail)
VRR    Via Rail

We might be able to help if you presented the context of your question.

What have you seen, how and where?
Title: Re: Reg?
Post by: mezoo on January 07, 2014, 05:04:52 AM
Not quite sure if this is what your looking for :

VRR - Verkehrsverbund Rhein Ruhr : Regional Train Network in the Rhine-Ruhr Area.

Trainspotters in Germany should look at the official train radar website of the German Railways DB

http://www.bahn.de/p/view/buchung/auskunft/zugradar.shtml (http://www.bahn.de/p/view/buchung/auskunft/zugradar.shtml) (also in English)

or
http://www.zugfinder.de/ (http://www.zugfinder.de/) (includes freight trains)

These shows the actual position of all trains in Germany.

Some years ago Lufthansa operated trains between various major cities and Frankfurt Airport which also had LH flight numbers.
Look for the "ET 403 Lufthansa Airport Express"
These where painted in Lufthansa livery, personal had Lufthansa uniforms and you could check in on the train.
But that is history.
