DO YOU know the name John Harrison?
He was a clockmaker from Barrow, who invented a chronometer, enabling the accurate pinpointing of longitude and navigation of the world's seas.
And a campaign has been launched to rename Humberside Aiport after Harrison, who died in 1776.

It would be a proper tribute to a great English inventor.
