AirNav HQ - very Impressive.

4660 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 500, San Diego, Ca 92122, USA.

Or it is a " Registered Address" in one of the numerous One-room per Company "Business Centres" ?

Too late, AirNav moved to Tampa, FL a few months ago.

My guess it has the whole building to accommodate all the programmers and support people.  ;)

Maybe they have joined up with Flightstats.com

From the Flightstats FAQ :

Where does flight positional information come from?
... [deleted] ...

To track European flight positions, we use a data feed compiled by AirNav Systems from a network of interconnected positional receivers that gather ADS-B global positioning system (GPS) data transmitted from planes operating in European air space.
