Without sounding like a killjoy, who gives a flying ****.

No aircraft crash, no flaming fireball, the flight appears to have taken off again succesfully.  We really must stop encouraging these kinds of threads. >:(

I don't have a problem with members posting to ask if anyone knows what the emergency was about.

Just tried to know why an aircraft had to land in an airfield other than destination with a 7700 code activated. That's all.

But don't worry, it's the last time I ask such a stupid question in an aviation & transponder related forum.

As the owner of this forum, I would encourage you to keep posting.

If there was an issue with your original post, I would have dealt with.

....and what I said was my own personal thoughts on this subject.

A tenner says it was a medical diversion.
