Title: Basestation outline in PlanePlotter.
Post by: charliebrown on March 15, 2014, 11:29:14 AM
Just upgraded to Windows 8,1 from Windows 8 and been a bit of a disaster as I will have to reinstall BaseStation and PlanePlotter.

I want to use the BaseStation outline in PP.  How can I go about using .out files in PP from BaseStation.

Charlie,

Just copy all of the .out files you wish to see in PP into the PlanePlotter\chart files folder and they will display.

Thanks for that Tim.

Have done that and BaseStation outline comes up fine in PlanePlotter.

However, when I try and alter the PP chart orientation, the PP reverts to the Global PP chart again (Outine2) from the General chart(Outline1).

Any suggestions how to sort this out ?

Running Windows 8.1 64bit version

How are you changing the outline chart orientation? By using:

Options>>Chart>>Outline>>Define orientation of outline is the correct way. Just wondering if you are using Options>>Chart>>Define the orientation of charts

Hi Tim

I was doing it the wrong way through the orientation of charts.

Fixed now via Options>>Chart>>Define the orientation of charts. :)
