Title: MLAT in Spain, achieved !!
Post by: Breitling on June 09, 2014, 05:04:15 PM
There are not too much sharers here in Spain and very few of them have GS validation. So MLAT was something purely theoretical and a kind of dream for me. But I managed to validate 2 ground stations in NW Spain, one at home and another one at the local aerodrome. Add Derek's one and...   bingo !!   :)

Next step: improve my antennas location and quality to get more coverage. And encourage all sharers in Spain to validate their installations. It really works   :)

Well done!  ;D

I think everyone here on the Med side, except myself and "DV" are using the Brandao RubbishBox, so no MLAT for us  :'(

If we have someone willing to be an SMU I will set up a network for you.

Can you please explain me what a SMU does exactly?  I'm not clear about that.

For PP port forwarding you set the IP address of the PC running PP.  Only one of them at a time.
