Title: Operator Flags
Post by: nigelcoote1 on October 05, 2014, 03:32:58 PM
Hi
I wonder if anyone can help. Decided it was time to get some updated operator flags. Downloaded Iank's. For some reason my base station dose not seem to see them as in the appropriate folder and will not display them.
Any clues to wake them up welcome
Cheers
Nigel C.

Hi Nigel, they should have or need to go it to the basestation operator flags file - normally located in the BS folders..

They may have been created in a new folder..

Ok.. second guess.. do you still get the old ones..?

Or..
Have you tried running BMP file checker in case there a rogue file in the set ? available below from the RS links and files - software downloads---

Have you enabled the OperatorFlag column in BaseStation?

If you have, do any display?

I can do a remote support connection and sort this out with you.  Let me know if you'd like to do this and we can set a date and time.  It should only take 10 minutes at most.

Thanks for that. Let my 25 year old son near it with 2I can soon sort that" has made things worse. Now Basestation wont load. Gets as far as operator flags hags there for a while then appears to crash!
I am accessible most evenings when the soaps are on distraction for the wife (disabled).
Cheers.

To close this topic, I remotely connected to Nigel's PC and updated his OperatorFlags and BMPFlags/Countries.dat file(s).

All OIK now.
