Title: AirNav Forum
Post by: Anmer on March 28, 2012, 08:02:04 PM
Is it just me or is anyone else finding the AirNav forum really slow to load pages?

I updated my email address yesterday and never received an activation email.

I thought it was because I'd been banned from posting but noticed this message on the AirNav forum this morning:

"Thanks for quick response. I have noticed that despite having notify enabled, I am not receiving any notifications at all on latest updates on this subject. I wonder if it is a similar issue people are having with Alerts."

Maybe the AirNav forum is suffering from the same problems as the Alerts?  Perhaps it needs a shilling for the slot?

I wonder if AirNav has gone on holiday?

Joking apart, why no replies?

"Sorry to be forced to try to post in the forum, but I can't seem to contact support...

Two emails to support unanswered.

Three uses of the website contact page. The polite message:

'Your message has been sent. a ticked (sic) id email will be sent to your email address'

is displayed when I click the 'Submit Query' button, but no such email arrives...

Yes, I have checked the spam folder."

And I'm still waiting for my activation email even after requesting a new one?

Perhaps they're all too busy to reply because they're spending all working hours wrapping up radarboxes for Russia? :P

"We did reply to you and ticket ids were creating, I think our system is still having email trouble."

Reassuring confidence from the company that claims "Leadership in Flight Tracking"!

Just got this report from Tarbat on the other forum.
This would be great if they let anyone post in that area.

QuoteI've now had confirmation from AirNav that "Anyone can post on the ShipTrax section of the forum."

Can anyone else confirm this is true information from AirNav?  Anmer?

Nope, I still can't post on the AirNav forum even though I'm no longer involved with "RS" and have repeatedly asked to be allowed to post as I own a RadarBox.

Thanks for the update.

Any comments on why Anmer is getting that forum error.
After you just got done saying anyone can post in that AirNav forum area. Tarbat ?

Let us know when you hear something back from AirNav Systems staff.

Anyone can post unless they've been banned by AirNav.  And there are quite a few of us in the "Banned for Life" club.

I'm sure the Court of Human Rights would rule in our favour.

Thanks...
I guess Tarbat left out that details about the "banned for Life club" can't post in that area.

It's very clear now :)

Tarbat's playing silly games now on the "other" forum.  ;)

For the record, I've repeatedly asked to be allowed to post on the AirNav forum.  I've done as he's suggested and contacted the "forum administrators" but to no avail.

AirNav has a policy of silencing its critics either by accusing them of working for competitors, being trouble makers or, if that fails, banning them for breaking the forum rules which don't cover what we've, allegedly, done.

Nevermind, wait until RadarBox24 get's released.  The proverbial will surely hit the fan, big time.

Tarbat Can you give AirNav Systems some instructions on how to config each forum user settings.

Yes...
I will just wait for that RadarBox24 to be released.  At that time they shouldn't be able to use that excuse anymore.
Maybe they will let us post in the RadarBox24 forum area ;)

Is AirNav up to its old tricks again?

"Hi, I have posted a situation that I was hoping to get an answer to and twice my posts have been deleted. Can someone from AirNav please explain why?

Thanks

CYWG Mike"
