Is it not one of the ever changing tactical hex used by F-15 out of LK/EGUL ?

Last times I recorded this hex it was using either a HAMMER or MUGGER call sign which I believe are 48FW call signs used by the F15's

The reason for my post as I said, was the call sign "Jungle 21"
