my own experience are:
The first (Valide) Hex Code i ever see in Austria are:
440024 OE-FGI
447A## from to
447C## are maybe Ground Vehicles (i saw never any Aircraft who start whit but many Ground Vehicles)
447AD# use the Austrian Airforce (if someone want the Hex for Austrian Airforce Aircraft i can help a little)
after 447AD# there are just some junk with wired Data.
