Title: Active Display SD22 error

Hi

I have started to receive this error;-

SD22 Flights for new Session cannot be found. Please (re)start Basestation Parameter is not valid

This seems to occur when Basestation, Planeplotter and Active Display are left running for more than a 24 hour period since last shutdown.  To clear the error (as it indicates I need to shut down everything however the error seems to return quickly. A full PC reboot is the only way to solve the problem.

I am running Windows 7 (32 bit), Basestation 1.2.3.159, Planeplotter 6.2.5.7, Active Display 1.32.4.0a

Any help would be appreciated.

Is that using the full (fee paid) version of Active Display?

Rather than doing a full PC reboot, have you checked Task Manager to see if the process is still running and then close it via Task Manager?

Have you seen this thread on Kinetic forum?

Thank you for the prompt reply.

Yes, I am using the full fee paid version of the application. I have force closed the application via Task Manager as suggested and have started it again and it is now catching up from 0714 this morning when it stopped.

Unfortunately I can't see the post in the Kinetic Forum as I am still awaiting for approval to be able to view and post in that area of their site.

Following on from my earlier post the 'catch up' has failed at 1137 with the same SD22 error.

Unfortunately without access to the Kinetic Forum I can't follow up on the post in there.

Sorry Keith, I didn't realise Kinetic had blocked Guests viewing posts on it's forum. 

Six new members were approved in March so Kinetic hasn't totally stopped approving applications.
