Unless your are located on top of a very high mountain, under normal circumstances you cannot get a range of 399 NM.  It's impossible to get 1,575 NM.

Bad data reception and/or decoding

Anmer is right. I am about 800ft above sea level with no obstructions out over the Med and the best range I have ever achieved is 287nm. On a day to day basis I would normally see no more than 240nm.
