Postby Airnut ยป Today, 11:33 am
Whereis the SQB file? in the programme file(X86) Kinetic shows:- Basestation
BMPflags
Operator Flags
Outlines
Radio Frequencies
User Data
Waypoints
No SQB File, where is the SQB file?
Waypoints I have tried everything in the instruction still no Waypoints, I have run debug and itlooks as if the waypoints have loaded. All the Major airfields are showing on the screen,
I use to run SBS-3 on my laptop and there was no problem, since I've loaded on my destop computer I've had no end of trouble.
Is there anybody who can show me what I'am doing wrong.
Iam using Windows 7 home premium.
Can anyone supply with SBD populate as I want to Military in the database. I an concerned that I can't find the SQB File.
Thanks

Hi Chris
Waypoints will display if they're in the Waypoints folder and are enabled in BaseStation's Settings.
But this assumes that the Waypoints folder is the one accessed by BaseStation.
It will be easier and quicker if I did a remote connection to your PC to look at this with you using Teamviewer.
But if you don't want me to connect, in BaseStation select Settings->Display Settings->DataFiles and see if the Waypoints you're expecting to see are listed and checked? See image below.
If they're listed but not checked, check them and click Apply.
If they're not listed, the Waypoint files are not in the relevant Waypoint folder.

Hi Mike
Would be much apreciated if you did connect.
My display settings are not anything like yours, They are colored boxes only

Hi Chris
I'll email you with Teamviewer details.

Hi Mike
Have reloaded straight to C:\ drive as suggested by a gentleman from Cyprus., he was on the Kinetiq board, now showing SQB file, but still not showing waypoints.

Hi Chris
Reloading BaseStation to a different folder will make no difference if the the waypoints you expect to see aren't in a wpt file.
