Title: A55CB0
Post by: Anmer on February 19, 2016, 07:57:47 PM
Heading south east towards The Channel Islands, flight ID N4446N.

The FAA database says the the certificate is expired for a Boeing Stearman built in 1942.  FlightAware shows it as STEARMAN PT-17 Kaydet.

Be interesting to know if this is correct?

FL170 and 250 knots not likely to be a Boeing Stearman.

Went into Jersey. Suggest a single/twin turbo prop?

All will be revealed before too long but clearly not known at the moment.
