This is heading south east towards Birmingham at FL390, flight ID KAI42.

FAA shows this as N232JW, a CZECH AIRCRAFT WORKS SPOL SRO CRUZ.

Seems a bit too high for one of these?

I've seen it around here. It's a Gulfstream IV of Kaiser Air, N232K is it's reg.

Yep see that one passing the side of Heathrow and thought it's a bit fast a way to high for a Sports Cruzer, got to be a miscode.
