This could be a Guernsey registered Gulfstream GLF4, 2-TRAV?

PlaneBase has this as 2-TRAV, a G550 of ExecuJet Europe AG, based at Biggin Hill

Im not sure if this helps or not, as these are the details i have

43EB0D is now 2-GULF GIV (ex 2-TRAV c/n 1224)
43EB77 is 2-TRAV G550 now c/n 5452
