Title: Ground traffic off RTLSDR

Hello

I am using ADSB scope and port 30002 from dump1090

Airborne targets are ok

On ground targets are off to one side and wrong Lat Lon

Almost like ADSB scope or dump 1090 mismatch

From memory, on-ground traffic has always been an "issue" using ADSBScope.
