Hi, I hope this doesn't duplicate another similar post, I can't find any....my BS Reporter has acheived 50000 records, and does not appear to be able to get any larger.
1.Is it the case that this is the maximum,
2. does this mean that 'new' aircraft are not being added
3 how do i get rid of some old things so I can free up some space?
My reporter version is 1.0.0.28
Thanks
Huggy
Go to Settings->Set Grid Request Limits.
It's probably set at 50,000 but the database should be bigger. For example the Aircraft table may have more than 50,000 records but on another "page"?
See screenshot. My aircraft table has 68,321 records but I have to page forward to see them.

Ahhh, thanks, I have now set it at 200000 and my 123000 all show up! However there are loads in there that I dont want or need, is there a quick way of getting rid of some?

If you mean aircraft records you can delete them one by one using Reporter. If you're happy using SQL utilities you could try bulk deletes but maybe stick with Reporter?
Thanks for the reply, BUT I cant work out HOW to delete them one by one using reporter. I have triued highlighting and pressing delete, I have tried deleting the info using edit, neither seem to work, and there seems to be no other 'delete' function?
